We operate the website https://row0.ai, our applications, and any other products and services that refer or link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who accesses the Services, and to all content you submit to or generate using the Services. By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
You agree that you will not:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our written permission.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including to obtain sensitive account information.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Impersonate another user or person, or use the username or identity of another user.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software comprising the Services, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other material that interferes with the operation of the Services or any related infrastructure.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or chain messages through the Services.
- Use the Services to compete with us, or to build a competing product or service.
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
3. Acceptable Use of Generative Features
Some Services generate images, 3D models, text, or other output from inputs you provide (“Generated Content”). You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for how you use the Generated Content. You agree that you will not use any generative feature to:
- Create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Create sexually explicit content, or any depiction that sexualizes a minor.
- Generate a likeness of a real, identifiable person without the rights described in Section 4.
- Impersonate any individual or entity, or create content that is intended to deceive (including deepfakes, fraudulent endorsements, or misleading representations).
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person, including by reproducing copyrighted characters, logos, or trade dress without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate the safety filters, moderation, or usage limits of the Services.
4. Uploaded Images and Likeness
Where a Service lets you upload a photograph or other image (an “Image”), you represent and warrant that, for every Image you upload:
- The Image is of you, or you have the verifiable consent, release, and permission of every identifiable person shown in it to upload the Image and to have a likeness, figurine, or other Generated Content created from it.
- No person shown in the Image is a minor (under 18). You may not upload an Image of a child, even with a parent or guardian present.
- You will not upload an Image of a public figure, celebrity, or any third party for whom you do not hold the necessary rights and permissions.
- The Image is not sexually explicit, nor does it depict nudity, violence, or unlawful content.
- You hold all rights necessary to grant us the limited license needed to process the Image and produce your Generated Content, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may decline to process, or may remove, any Image or Generated Content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy.
5. Contributions
“Contributions” means any content you submit to the Services, including Images, text prompts, descriptions, feedback, and Generated Content you choose to share. You warrant that you own or control all rights in your Contributions and have all necessary permissions. You agree that your Contributions will not:
- Contain material that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Depict, promote, or facilitate the exploitation or abuse of children, including any child sexual abuse material.
- Contain sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
- Promote violence, terrorism, or harm against any individual or group.
- Promote or facilitate dealings in controlled substances, firearms, weapons, or stolen goods.
- Be defamatory, libellous, harassing, or discriminatory against any person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, or publicity right of any party.
6. Reporting a Breach of This Policy
If you become aware of any content or conduct that breaches this Policy, or of any intellectual property infringement, please report it to us at contact@row0.ai. Please include enough detail for us to locate and assess the content.
7. Consequences of Breaching This Policy
When we reasonably consider that you have breached this Policy, we may take any action we think appropriate, including: issuing a warning; removing or refusing to process content; suspending or terminating your access to the Services; withholding or cancelling any order; and, where required or permitted by law, disclosing information to law enforcement authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in response to a breach of this Policy, and the responses described here are not limited — we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
8. Disclaimer
We are under no obligation to monitor Contributions or Generated Content, but we may do so. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, content submitted by users. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content at our sole discretion.
